When we started 7 Services, we had one thing in mind, saving you money. We knew that there were many other companies out there that would provide these services. There are 4 types:

We are large enough to provide you with the protection you need, like workers compensation; liability insurance; service; maintenance and warranty repair in a timely manner. Small enough to know who you are when you call. We have highly skilled technicians that are all NATE and EPA certified, this provides you with the best service available. 1 and 2 man shops.
While they should be able to give you the lowest prices, and for the most part are highly skilled, they are not able to provide the services for repair and maintenance. And forget about getting a hold of them to perform warranty services. Many don’t carry liability or workers compensation insurance. This leaves you vulnerable if your home gets damaged or one of the workers get hurt. You could be footing the bill for repairs or some ones injuries.
The larger companies.
They will be able to perform service, maintenance and warranty work for you in a timely manner and have workers compensation and liability insurance. The work force will be less trained than the 1 and 2 man shops. To keep higher incomes, they need the cheapest labor and that means less knowledge. They are too big to care about you or your family. If your warranty expires, and a month later your system breaks down, you will pay top dollar for the repair. The price they charge will be very high and many times over inflated, because of the overhead involved like; large buildings; many managers; large advertising budgets, and an owner that receives a large income, but does little work.
The big box.
There are two types. One type uses sub contractors for the whole process, like sales and installation. Then they take up to a 15% cut of the total price sold to you. That means you paid 15% more than you should have. The other type performs the sales process, than sub contracts do the installation of the product. They keep most of the money, and find a contractor to perform the work at the lowest cost. When you need any services for repair, they give you the run around. The sub contractor does not care because he did not sell it to you, and got paid very little, and the store does not care, because they did not install it. Both types want the financing side of the business. That’s where they make big money. You will pay the highest price for your system when you use these types.
