We do not sell personal information. We use processors such as hosting (Vercel), database/auth (Supabase), and optionally SMS/email providers to operate the business. Access is limited to staff who need it.

Service records are kept as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Exact retention windows will be finalized with Austin/ops counsel.
